The breakfast selection is simple, good and the price is awesome. I loved the chips and salsa! This place is tiny but with enough tables to accommodate family. I tried the steak and eggs that consist on thin, very flavorful and dry steak with side eggs, beans and tortilla. It was very good specially topped with salsa.
This place never disappoints and has become a favorite when we are returning from SPI. Breakfast tacos are huge and are inexpensive. There's typically a wait to be seated so we call in our to go order when we are 15-20 min away and it's been ready by the time of our arrival.
Excellent value. Huge and tasty flour tortillas. Great food and friendly staff. But it does get busy, so be prepared to wait.

This place is the real deal, heavily patronized by locals. I like eating at places where we are the only non-Hispanic customers. The food was tasty and came quickly. Get the flour tortilla. It's huge and good. The huevos rancheros came with bacon, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. The weird location may fool you. You'll come to a sign on the side of the road for Elva's, but there's nothing that looks like a restaurant in sight--just a multi-story apartment-like building. Look closer. Elva's is the ground-floor unit closest to the street.
